    The ActiveHealth Clinical Development Center is staffed by a large, full-time team of board-certified physicians, pharmacists and registered nurses that constantly reviews top-tier evidence-based medical literature and develops complex algorithms that identify specific opportunities to improve care.

The power of our clinical decision support technology lies in our ability to continuously gather member information. Our sophisticated CareEngine System handles the massive task of absorbing any and all available data (e.g. member claims, pharmacy, lab data, etc.) and analyzes this information against up-to-date evidence-based medical standards.

By doing so, the CareEngine System identifies specific opportunities to improve the care of individual members. Once an issue is identified, the CareEngine System generates a clinical alert, called a Care Consideration, which describes the opportunity to improve care.
